David Leibusher was born and raised in Ashkelon, Israel.

Mr. Leibusher performed his compulsory military service as a platoon leader in the combat operations branch, and during his continuing military service served as a career officer in the operational technical branch, Israel Defense Forces.

Mr. Leibusher has held senior positions in the IDF -  developing, improving and implementing next-generation C4ISR capabilities, as well as other strategic projects.

Mr. Leibusher concluded his service in the IDF with distinction holding the rank of Lt. Col., and was immediately accepted for a managerial position within Israel’s High-Tech Defense industry.

Subsequently, Mr. Leibusher was recruited by Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd, Israel’s largest defense company and has held senior marketing positions at the corporate headquarters.

Mr. Leibusher has more than 25 years of experience in advanced High Tech technologies, in a variety of fields and environments- Civilian, Paramilitary & Military (C4ISR, HLS, Simulations, Robotics, Space, Radars, UAV’s, Missiles, Amour Vehicles, Etc….), Managing, Leading and Implementing,  in several countries in the world.

He has extensive experience in international marketing & business development; managing, successfully leading and implementing large projects with multi-million budgets.

Mr. Leibusher David holds the following degrees from Ben-Gurion University, Israel-
   M.Sc. in Business Management, Computer Science & Communication Systems as well as two
      B.A.'s  in Computer Science, Computer Engineering & a B.A in Economics

 
David is also a Bachelor of the army academic college.
